If visiting Key West is in your plans this location allows 30 minute drive to this east end of that key. And a quieter, more relaxed setting to come home to.The house is a 3 bedroom/2 bath with the bed room facing the street being a reading room ...office with a too comfortable lounge chair.
In back of the garage is a covered un-screened area, that's good for setting up equipment for boating activities.The stars at night seem close enough to reach out and touch from the second floor porch. The dock is on a turning basin, so turning around for the next trip out is simple.
