This is a quiet, small condo building only one block from the heart of downtown Delray Beach. The City has many restaurants and shops, many unique family owned businesses. There is a variety of entertainment from art shows and live music to City sponsored entertainment during the week.

The Atlantic Ocean is only a few minutes walk away. There are sightseeing cruises on the Intra-coastal Waterway and many other water related activities.

The condo building has only six units with a gated patio area with a fountain. This unit is 750 square feet in size and is on the second floor. It is completely furnished, ready for you to move in. All of the amenities are first class with marble floors, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, granite counter tops and a pillow top king size bed. There is a flat screen TV with built in DVD and VCR. The unit is fully air conditioned and heated. Utilities are provided for seasonal rentals.
