Our tropical retreat in one of the newest vacation condos in Kihei, the Maui Banyan, was newly remodeled in December 2007. All-new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters, carbonized bamboo flooring in the main living area, travertine marble in the kitchen and bathroom, exotic hardwood trim throughout, 50" flatscreen TV! Contemporary island-style furnishings and artwork. We offer two almost identical units to choose from, T110 in the quiet T building, farthest away from the road, and A101, right up front, adjacent to S. Kihei Road and the beach. A101 is great for families with children since the beach is directly across the street and the walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants is also very short. The lower pool area is nearby. There is also a great partially enclosed garden area with gas BBQ right off the patio that is very private. T110 is great for couples or families looking for a very quiet location. The upper pool is just outside the other side T building. Fantastic sandy Kamaole II Beach is just across the street from the Maui Banyan. Snorkeling, sailing, and dozens of other activities are all nearby. Walk to a great selection of shops and dining options.
