You'll be staying in deluxe accommodations with a vaulted living room and mountain views. This four bedroom house sleeps up to 12 people in beds and is 1.5 miles from the Peak 8 ski area. From there you'll ski to Peaks 7, 9 and 10. A quick gondola ride from gondola base parking (free and fee parking)also connects with Peak 8. Roads are county maintained, but four-wheel drive is recommended.
Imagine parking in the garage after a sunny day of skiing, sliding into the large 104 degree hot tub with a glass of wine for a soak, and then cooking steaks on the large balcony while looking at Mt. Baldy.

Year Purchased: 1985
We live in Denver & built our mountain home with relaxation and family time in mind. When the children were young we would spend time skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer. Now all are grown but the enjoyment doesn't stop! We rent during the Christmas/New Year's weeks only.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We are close enought to the "action" of downtown Breckenridge but have the serenity and quiet of trees, mountain views, and wild life sightings.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our kitchen is well stocked so renters will not have to buy everything before they cook. You'll find ketchup, salad dressings, pickles, etc in the frig. Sugar, flour, coffee, many spices, and other nonperishables are in the cupboards. We just ask you to replace what you use up.
