St. George condo description
Welcome to our wonderful St George retreat.
Spend a week or a weekend in Beautiful St. George, Utah.
There is so much to see, do and enjoy in the area. St. George normally enjoys over 300 days per year of sunshine and has incredible facilities and attractions. The summer sun truly DOES spend the winter here.
Situated as the perfect Gateway to some of the most magnificent scenery in all the world. Zion National Parks' beautiful mountains can be seen from the city. Bryce National Park, Arches National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Capitol Reef National Park, Lake Powell and the North rim of the Grand Canyon are just a short drive away. Mesquite and Las Vegas, Nevada are also very accessible from St. George.
One of the top ten Golf destinations in the west, St. George is a 'year round' golf haven. Imagine playing golf in the sun, while your northern neighbors are shovelling snow from their driveways. Play Golf near national parks with towering red sandstone cliffs nearby, while the sun plays on the desert flora in the landscape. St George's lush golf courses are truly a golfer's paradise.
A climate to satisfy the active lifestyle, there are over 40 miles of paved, walking/biking trails that connect neighborhoods, parks, waterways, picturesque desertscapes and the town center. For a more challenging experience, St. George is one of the mountain biking capitols of the west.
This area features Concerts, art exhibits and plays which are part of the ongoing culture our visitors and residents enjoy all year long. The World Famous Utah Shakespearean Festival in Cedar City, The famous St George Marathon, the Huntsman World Senior Games, the St George Art Festival and the Parade of Homes are only a few of the annual events for you to enjoy. Go see our "real" dinosaur tracks, visit our art museums or the wildlife museum. See a play at Tuacahn, the "Broadway in the Desert" or watch our new minor league baseball team "the Roadrunners" play baseball. If gaming is your pleasure, the casinos of Mesquite, Nevada are just 30 minutes down the road.

Great little condo!
Great little condo!
We had a great time in St. George, staying in this condo. It was very clean, and well kept. The pool was beautiful, and we enjoyed all of the amenities. The king bed in the main bedroom was wonderful! One of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. Perfect amount of room for our family of 5, with one of our children sleeping in the "den" and two of them sleeping on the pull-out bed. Our children are ages 7, 5, and 3, and the condo was very "friendly" to them. There were not alot of breakable things around, and the playground was really close. We would most definitely stay here again, and we hope to do so.

OK condo, good location
OK condo, good location
Our one-week stay was OK, but not great. Owner was helpful, WIFI and A/C worked well. DW doesn't work well, but washer/dryer were good.

Owner response: I am sorry that your experience in St George was not "the best" We strive for 5 star experience every time but once in a while its not in the cards. Thanks for the feedback on what has broken down, we have scheduled our service company to take care of it.
This was our first time to rent a vacation home and we were not disappointed. Everything was as described and the facilities were great. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone traveling for business or pleasure.

Our experience with this property and the owner was great and we highly recommend it. The condo is in a location convenient to everything in St. George and the major highways. The facilities at the club house are nice. The condo unit is well furnished and quite comfortable. Good value. We would rent the unit, again.

Condo rental #157598
Listing was accurate, photo where right on, the property was very clean and neatly kept. Owner was very helpful in assisting me through the rental and answering questions. It was close to many attractions and restaurants and far enough away from the city to be quiet and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone, and will hopefully stay there again myself. Great experience!

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean and nicely decorated, we cooked all our meals there and we had everything we needed. The facility is very nice with a lot of activities for kids, yet it is quiet and private. The owner is very professional and easy to work with. We will stay here again given the opportunity.

Great UEA Weekend
Great UEA Weekend
Our family of 5 stayed in this condo over a UEA weekend and enjoyed every minute of it. This location was quiet and clean, and our boys loved the basketball court and swimming pool(s). The owner is easy to work with and made the arrangements very simple. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Owner response: Thanks for your nice comments. We try to keep our Condo nice and well stocked. Our kitchen is stocked with all the pans and utensils needed to take care of most short term stay requirements and if you have suggestions of things we should add, please let us know. We love the location of our place in St George; it is out of the way in terms of the hustle and bustle but very close to the main part of town and easily accessible to the freeway. From our St George home it is just a short drive to either the freeway and St George Downtown if one turns one way and very close to Santa Clara, Ivins, Pine Valley, Tuacahn, etc if one turns the other way from the bottom of our street. There are so many fun things to do in St George during all seasons of the year that I can’t decide which my favorite time of year to go is. Admittedly, summer time is hot but all the national parks are fantastic in the summer and have wonderful programs and events to participate in. Fall in Utah’s’ Dixie is a time when it starts to cool down a little and almost every weekend there is some event to go see or get involved in like the Marathon, Sr Games, community days in every town, farmers markets, etc. Winter is SO nice in St George, usually 10 to 20*F warmer than farther north and RARELY does it snow. We have been there in February and in shirt sleeves or light jacket is often all that is required. Golf in the winter after driving from the snowy north lands is a special treat in St George. Spring starts early in St George and the weather is nice for the duration most of the time. Golf again is fantastic and all outdoor activities are perfect in springtime in St George.
