Listing was accurate, photo where right on, the property was very clean and neatly kept. Owner was very helpful in assisting me through the rental and answering questions. It was close to many attractions and restaurants and far enough away from the city to be quiet and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone, and will hopefully stay there again myself. Great experience!

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean and nicely decorated, we cooked all our meals there and we had everything we needed. The facility is very nice with a lot of activities for kids, yet it is quiet and private. The owner is very professional and easy to work with. We will stay here again given the opportunity.

Our family of 5 stayed in this condo over a UEA weekend and enjoyed every minute of it. This location was quiet and clean, and our boys loved the basketball court and swimming pool(s). The owner is easy to work with and made the arrangements very simple. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Very comfortable condo in an excellent location. Lots of amenities including well stocked kitchen and videos. Plenty of space for 3 adults.
Owner response:Thanks for your nice comments. We try to keep our Condo nice and well stocked. Our kitchen is stocked with all the pans and utensils needed to take care of most short term stay requirements and if you have suggestions of things we should add, please let us know. We love the location of our place in St George; it is out of the way in terms of the hustle and bustle but very close to the main part of town and easily accessible to the freeway. From our St George home it is just a short drive to either the freeway and St George Downtown if one turns one way and very close to Santa Clara, Ivins, Pine Valley, Tuacahn, etc if one turns the other way from the bottom of our street. There are so many fun things to do in St George during all seasons of the year that I can’t decide which my favorite time of year to go is. Admittedly, summer time is hot but all the national parks are fantastic in the summer and have wonderful programs and events to participate in. Fall in Utah’s’ Dixie is a time when it starts to cool down a little and almost every weekend there is some event to go see or get involved in like the Marathon, Sr Games, community days in every town, farmers markets, etc. Winter is SO nice in St George, usually 10 to 20*F warmer than farther north and RARELY does it snow. We have been there in February and in shirt sleeves or light jacket is often all that is required. Golf in the winter after driving from the snowy north lands is a special treat in St George. Spring starts early in St George and the weather is nice for the duration most of the time. Golf again is fantastic and all outdoor activities are perfect in springtime in St George.

Thank you Joe for allowing us to stay at your condo. We were lost at first while looking for the place but found it. The condo was clean and comfortable. Felt just like home away from home. Would love to stay there again when I travel to St. George.

Our experience with this property and the owner was great and we highly recommend it. The condo is in a location convenient to everything in St. George and the major highways. The facilities at the club house are nice. The condo unit is well furnished and quite comfortable. Good value. We would rent the unit, again.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights in October 2010. We found the unit to be ideal for us to use as a base for hiking both the main canyon and the Kolob Canyons section of Zion National Park, as well as the little-used Snow Canyon State Park (where the "Who are those guys?" scenes of the movie "Butch Cassidy & the Sundance Kid" were filmed. The clubhouse, pool, spa, & tennis courts were all first-rate and it was nice being close to many reasonably-priced golf courses, too. Probably not large enough for 2 couples, but OK for a family of 4-5. The unit was nicely-furnished and clean. Having a washer-dryer in it was appreciated, too. Joe was very helpful and responsive.

My family and I had a great time staying in this condo. My almost 3 year old slept on the twin bed in the den (which is actually like a second VERY SMALL bedroom.) It was perfect for her! We brought a pack n play for my 9 month old baby to sleep in and just set that up in the living room. The playground and pool are in a perfect spot. We had such a nice stay here and I would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay! It was very clean. It had many conveniences like washer/dryer, microwave, full refrig --much better than staying at a hotel. It felt homey & comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

The description of the property is accurate. The Sports Village aspect was really nice. We had a pool and access to racquetball, tennis, basketball, and more. We were on motorcycles so I didn't bring my sports gear like I normally would have but it is a great addition to just a place to stay. The owner was really nice and easy to get on the phone for questions. The a/c is awesome! It was near 100-degrees most of our stay and it was nice and cool in the condo. I would recommend this room to anyone! Mesquite is nearby for some gambling or buffets. Zions National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park are within easy driving distance. It was a great weekend!

The condo was very nice, clean, and well kept. It was perfect for the three of us. The twin bed in the den was great for our 5 year-old son (this really is like a small second bedroom). King size bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. Owners were very nice and provided good instructions for checking in and out. We had a great time at the pool and playing tennis. Thank you.

We had a great time in St. George, staying in this condo. It was very clean, and well kept. The pool was beautiful, and we enjoyed all of the amenities. The king bed in the main bedroom was wonderful! One of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. Perfect amount of room for our family of 5, with one of our children sleeping in the "den" and two of them sleeping on the pull-out bed. Our children are ages 7, 5, and 3, and the condo was very "friendly" to them. There were not alot of breakable things around, and the playground was really close. We would most definitely stay here again, and we hope to do so.
Owner response:Thanks for that nice review. We try really hard to keep a nice place and think of what would be important and helpful to our guests. We will be working on getting a TV in the Master this Summer for your convenience.
