This 10th floor condo provides not only a spectacular sunset view but also views of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Choctawatchee Bay and Baytowne Golf Course.
In addition, the Luau offers views from an 11th floor Observation Deck. What better place to start the morning or finish a relaxing day at Sandestin.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by swaying palms and a 4,300 sq ft lagoon salt water pool accompanied by children's pool, waterfall, and hot tub which sets the tone for a memorable vacation.
This condominium is spacious...offering the largest 1BR floor plan available & is handicapped accessible. The well appointed décor in tranquil colors popular along the coast promotes rest and relaxation.
The unit has a full kitchen with everything you need to cook and entertain, including an electric mixer and additional serving dishes. All appliances are upgraded, including a side by side refrigerator with ice maker, European dish washer, and GE Profile washer & dryer.
Outside grilling is also an option with state of the art aluminum gas grills.

The Bedroom has a king-size bed and a view to the gulf, golf course and bay. The Living Room has a Queen-size sofa hide-a-bed and the same awesome views. In the rare event that staying in is your choice, the bedroom has a DVD/VCR player and living room has a DVD player.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Luau. The pool was so beautiful and the view breathtaking. The Condo was furnished nicely with everything we needed. We will stay here again. Also very close to the beach and we could sit on the balcony and see the ocean, pool, and golf course. Just fabulous!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, families with young children.

We just got back from Luau. Our rental was from 7/20-7/25, and this is one of the best accommodation we have ever had in Destin. We enjoyed our stay in the condo, very spacious and the ambience of the resort is so wonderful. We will surely recommend this condo to our friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Luau unit 7030. The condo is very well kept with all necessary amenities and very clean upon our arrival. The view from the living room and balcony is gorgeous! We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice unit! We really enoyed our stay at Luau. The pool & beach were A+ despite a few jellyfish. Bike riding each morning was a plus. Baytowne Wharf is very convenient. Highly suggest The Broken Egg Cafe for breakfast.

This was such a fabulous vacation! The condo was very clean & comfortable. Better than we could have imagined. We recommend The Backporch as a family friendly restaurant. Thank you! We hope to come back again soon.
