All rates do not include tax of 11%, Cleaning/Processing/Parking/Damage Insurance Fees of $240.00. We do not collect a security deposit; we require a prepayment of $445 at the time of booking. Bookings made less than 30 days to arrival full payment is due, all others final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is available for purchase; cost is 7% of total rental amount, which is due at booking and is optional

This is an AWESOME rental and vacation spot! I highly recommend this condo as it is BEAUTIFUL...inside and out, close to many attractions, and right on the beach! We have rented both of the owner's condos in Gulf Shores, and both are wonderful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Owner response: Thank you for your kind words. Awesome unit with a view that is unbelievable, the amenities are wonderful on this property only 3 unit to a floor which keeps down the noise in a larger complex of this size, I would highly recommend this property it might cost a little more but worth every penny and in heart of Gulf Shores.Owner response: Thank you, Thank you, Thank you...
