Our charming home is located on Tucson's eastside. Very open, bright, and beautifully decorated, it is approx. 1300 square feet in size. The large living room features vaulted ceilings, and a fireplace. There's also a 27" TV hidden in the entertainment center with a DVD player and VCR. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably, and you can view the mountains from the dining room. You'll find the house decorated with guitars, mandolins, and other various string instruments, which you are more than welcome to pick up and play.
Our home also features a very large master bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a double bed, a large workspace, and has a walk-in closet as well.
The house is fully furnished, and features a full kitchen with everything you'll need. Just bring clothes and move right in!
We have a relaxing backyard, with lots of flora, a full-size hammock, great patio furniture to seat 6, a chimenea for an outdoor fire, a grill, and a great mountain view. There's also an area for gardening. Several very large trees in the riverbed just beyond the fence provide a peaceful soundtrack of birds chirping as you enjoy Tucson's 350 days of annual sun.
The house is less than 1 mile away from Rolling Hills Golf Course and a neighboring park with Tennis and Basketball Courts. It is only 10 minutes away from Saguaro National Park East, where you'll find beautiful hiking trails. Sabino Canyon is only a short 25 minute drive away as well. You'll also find a grocery store, and postal center within 1/2 mile of the house, and Park Place shopping mall is only about 10 minutes away. Other nearby attractions include The Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, Old Tucson Studios, Karchner Caverns, and the Mount Lemmon ski lodge.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We have a beautiful mountain view. A desert setting. It's on the edge of town, so it's close to everything, but not loud, bustling, and congested.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We are very close to Saguaro National Park East, so we can bike, or drive there for hikes and picnics. A nearby park also makes for great walks, and great frisbee throwing :-)
