The living/dining room is west-facing with a balcony. This room is approximately 25sq. meters.
This room has two windows with a direct view on the city center and gardens, and can easily accommodate eight persons for dinner.

The master bedroom is approximately 12 sq. meters, east-facing, and has a queen-sized bed. There is a large bathroom is right next to this bedroom.
A second bedroom, also facing east and approximately 12 sq. meters, has a queen sized bed, and a smaller bathroom is adjacent.
The third bedroom or children's room, has bunk beds.
