Each villa has it own private infinity-edge swimming pool, two whirlpool spas (indoor & outdoor), a home theater system, a computer with high speed Internet connection, an outdoor BBQ and dining area, a gourmet kitchen with all utensils, a formal dining room, a living room and family room, and a 42' high def plasma television in the master bedroom!
With full access to all of the activities, babysitting services, pools, spas, bars, restaurants, beaches, and tennis courts on-site at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach (just below the hillside at Montecristo Estates)-- there is plenty to do right at the resort. It's only a short ride into town on the free shuttle to Pueblo Bonito Rose: where you can find beaches with gentle swimming waters, ATV rentals, jet skiing, snorkeling, boating, fishing, parasailing, great nightclubs (like Cabo Wabo & Hard Rock Café), movie theaters, shopping, and even more restaurants! The on-site concierge can also help with the booking of your golfing, scuba diving, whale watching, or other activities. The entire vacation at Villa 8 was extremely easy, amzazing, and relaxing! The condo was in spotless condition and had more than an amazing view. You can't put a price on having your own private infinity pool and jacuzzi out your back door. The service by the staff is top notch. You have all the amenities of a hotel (and even more than a hotel in some cases) with the comfort and space of a large beautiful condo. I would highly recommend this condo, working with Marlene to set everything up was a breeze. We hope to visit Villa 8 sometime soon in the future!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great time at the Montecristo and the villa was top-notch. Renting from the owners was a breeze and we encountered no problems. Their go-by was very accurate on the "ins and outs" of not only arriving in Cabo, but where to shop prior to check-in (Mega Store), how to arrange transportation, what to expect from the resort amentities, who to contact if any problems (Edgar was our concierge and was always very helpful), etc., etc...We would definitely return and would highly recommend the property to friends and relatives.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had the best family vacation at villa 8 in cabo. The place is absolutely gorgeous and spotless and the views breathtaking. My kids didn't want to leave at all. Villa #8 at Monte Cristo Estates is the neatest place! Everything about it is top knotch: the floor plan, the amenities, the beds, the view and of course, the infinity pool. We stayed in Villa #8 recently and had a wonderful time. Not only did the owners make it effortless to book, but Pueblo Bonito Hotel and Monte Cristo Estates worked diligently to see to all of our needs. To look at the property from the pictures does not do it justice. The view is spectacular. We spent many evenings watching the sun set at the cruise ships sailed by. After a day at the beach and pools, the family would come home to our own pool at the villa and unwind. The villa has been well taken care of. It is large enough that we could have 9 of us in the villa and never feel crowded. The staff at Monte Cristo are fantastic. The shuttle to the main hotel ran like clockwork. There was never a wait to get around the property. Being a travelor that prefers high end properties such as Four Seasons and Fairmont properties, I was not disappointed in anyway. I would highly recommend these owners to rent from as well as this villa. It truly has one of the best views in Mexico. About the owner: Dave and Marlene Macbeth fell in love with Cabo San Lucas on a trip to Mexico in 2001. We purchased a timeshare with Pueblo Bonito Resorts during that trip. We have enjoyed staying there almost every year since. Originally we stayed at the Sunset Beach Resort but in 2006 we purchased our Montecristo Estates home for the month of April and two weeks during July anfd two weeks during December. Marlene has her degree in Occupational Therapy working as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for 30+ years until she retired in 2007. Over the past 30 years both David and Marlene work currently as Real Estate Brokers in the Santa Ynez Valley, California. Their Montecristo Estates home allows them quality vacation time in a beautiful setting while still enabling them easy communication with their business in California. They have had the opportunity to take friends and family to their home away from home during both April and July while still meeting new friends through Vacation Rental By Owner. It's been a great experience all-around. We have four wonderful grandchildren who have loved visiting Papa and Grandma's Mexico home. They have enjoyed the pool and spa at the Villa as well as a great experience in Kids Club at Sunset Beach and at the many resort pools. The staff is outstanding and has been warm, welcoming and completely supportive of our grandchildren who became Mexico Travelers at age 15 months and at age 2, 4, 6, 8 and 9 years can wait to go back.
