Our home is at the top of the mountain in a private development on a cul de sac. Great mountain views from the living area and master bedroom. Being on a cul de sac gives you no traffic. It is two minutes from Park City resort and DeerValley resort, and just up the street from Main Street. Great location for quick easy access to everything Park City has to offer. It is a three level home with two bedrooms at each level. Two bathrooms with jetted tubs for the two mastersuites upstairs with king beds each. One and a half baths in middle level both queen beds.
Downstairs has two bedrooms, one with a Queen and the other with twin/queen bunk beds and one full bathroom. The lower level also has its own living area, large screen TV/DVD/CD/home theater set up, pool table and access to private outdoorhot tub(8 person)with breathtaking views.
The middle level is the main entrance with large kitchen/living/dining area, 42"plasmascreenTV/DVD/TivoDVR, laundry room, 3 car garage, nice deck over looking the valley. The upper level has the two master suites. One with 42" plasma screen TV/tivoDVR( balcony with views of Park city ski resort), the other with a 32"LCD, and each with a seating area outside the room.
The house has Dish Direct TV.With DVR/Tivo you won't miss your shows or sporting events while you ski. We also have ipod clock radios in all the rooms, so bring your own music. A grill on the kitchen porch. Ski racks in the garage with large bench for comfort in removing ski boots/shoe. My brother-in=law even went cross country skiing out the back yard, which has a hiking path that provides a nice trail.
We have been coming to the area for eight years after having been to many other ski areas. We finally purchased our home in this neighborhood because of its location. It is a nice quiet neighborhood just up the hill from Deer Valley ski resort and Park city's lovely down town which offers many excellent restaurants and unique shops. Park City Resort is also 2 minutes down the street. It is our home away from home, and we anticipate that people staying here will feel the same, and enjoy our home as if it were their own. The home has all the comforts of one's home, but we will continue to add things to the house each year inorder to continue making it the best stay possible.
