Rate Details (In US Dollars, Pounds)
Jan-Dec .. From $805-$1155/week or From £500-£650/week
Discount for three weeks or more, July and August Minimum of a 7 nights stay.
Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years $165 or £90 Per night
There is a $90 cleaning fee for stays LESS than 8 days.
Pool heat is available for $25 per day or $150 per week (Recommended Oct-Mar).
$250 Deposit required upon booking. Deposit is fully refundable if
the reservation is canceled 30 days prior to check-in.
