We invite you to experience our spacious, comfortably decorated 3 bed room unit at the ultimate Gulf of Mexico beach resort. It sleeps 8 with a king master bed, king guest bed, twin guest beds, and queen sleeper sofa. There are 4 TVs including LR 55' HDTV with over 110 cable channels as well as VCR and DVD. There is also a stereo tuner/amplifier in the living room for CDs and MP3s. The gourmet kitchen has large double stainless sink with stainless KitchenAid appliances. There is a ceramic glass cook top, microwave, convection oven, large dish washer, disposal, and all the utensils and china/glassware needed. There is also a stand alone wet bar with ice maker. It has a laundry room with washer and dryer. Bed and bath linens are provided. High speed T-1 internet with wi-fi in the condo and throughout the campus is provided as is telephone voice mail.
The multiple amenities include 3 large multi-level outdoor pools, 3 heated indoor pools, 10 hot tubs, 4 large water slides, lazy river, Tiff Eagle putting green, wet and dry saunas, 3 state-of-the-art fitness centers, tennis courts, marina, fishing pier, and Deli and electronic game room in season. The Caribe is a GREAT place to vacation, especially if you have pre-teens. We loved the pools and the water slides. The Lazy River, Hot Tubs and numerous outdoor pools were great for our family and group. This unit has a nice view of the Gulf. While we faced the bridge, we could not hear the outside traffic when our balcony doors were closed. Early in the mornings, we actually took a walk over the bridge to several of the shopping centers and then back. The walk was good excercise (or at least an excuse to eat good food!) and it was fun to watch the fishing boats going out for the day. One of the days, we took a friend's boat to the sandbar behind the complex. We brought a picnic lunch and let the kids catch tons of hermit crabs and other "treasures". This condo was nice and clean when we checked in. It has a lot of storage in the laundry room area, kitchen, and in the master bedroom closet. Note to those who cook while on vacation - I love to cook breakfast while I am on vacation and I later wished that I had brought my non-stick skillet or a griddle with me. I definately plan to visit the Caribe again in the future and would not mind staying in this Condo again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: Our extended family (eight of us) after vacationing on Perdido Key for 20 years, purchased a Caribe condo 7 years ago and bought a second unit 2 years later to rent and use as overflow when we had a 'gathering'. What a great place for a family vacation and one to build family memories.

Wonderful white sand beaches and clear water and a family oriented area where we feel safe and secure. Fabulous restaurants, great golf, unequaled boating, and easy drive from where we all live make it our condo of choice on the Gulf Coast.
