Unit is 1 mile from Pope beach by vehicle or by hiking trail. Also one mile from historic Camp Richardson and 1 mile from "Y" intersection of HWY 50 and 89. Third floor unit in quiet condo development with 50 units. Views from the balcony are wonderful. Heated swimming pool and hot tub are seasonally available. (closes for winter in October) We are the LAST development before entering the National Forest lands, so you can walk right out of the unit and enjoy hundreds of miles of trails for hiking , cross country skiing and biking. I came to Lake Tahoe for extended medical treatment and fell in love with the area . The park setting of this condo unit is unparalleled and its beauty was a big part of my healing! Brand new rental unit just remodeled available for rent as of Dec 1, 2007 for the first time! 10 minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort and (Nevada) Stateline Casino's etc 30 minutes from Tahoe City (Whitewater Rafting in Summer months) BR has 1 queen bed with memory foam topper and there is another queen bed (comfortable air mattress) available if needed with air pump and linens provided. Unit has washer and dryer, fully furnished kitchen and stocked with basics, FULL SIZE refrigerator, coffee maker, indoor electric grill, blender,wok , toaster, electric mixer,large microwave, dishwasher, dining area for 4 persons, tub bath and shower, HDTV with cable , CD and DVD player, cozy gas fireplace and is very tastefully decorated.
