This four-bedroom town house is a great space from which to enjoy the lake, pool or our tennis courts in the summer, skiing at Gunstock Mountain in the winter and hiking and relaxing all year round.
Walk out the door to enjoy tennis and the private pool. The South Down Shores quite private beach is only a 5 minute walk.
We are conveniently located at the Gables within South Down Shores at the center of it all. South Down Shores is a gated community which encompasses over 260 acres with nearly 4,000 feet of shoreline on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. Walk it, ski it, sled it, explore it, connect with it – there is so much to do (or not to do) while you are at South Down Shores at Winnipesaukee!
We are only a 20 minute drive to family friendly Gun Stock Mountain ski area. Ten minute drive to Meredith center with restaurants and shops. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Great home for family.
