We are conveniently located at the Gables within South Down Shores at the center of it all. South Down Shores is a gated community which encompasses over 260 acres with nearly 4,000 feet of shoreline on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. Walk it, ski it, sled it, explore it, connect with it – there is so much to do (or not to do) while you are at South Down Shores at Winnipesaukee!
We are only a 20 minute drive to family friendly Gun Stock Mountain ski area. 10 minute drive to Meredith center with restaurants and shops. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Great home for family.
