There is an air conditioned living area of 5,500 square feet. The house is some 200 feet above the level of the sea, and there are outstanding views over Surin and Bang Tao beaches to the Andaman Sea. All 5 principal bedrooms, as well as the living room and pool terrace, have wonderful sea views.

on the lowest floor, you will find the Palm suite, which is a large multipurpose room with twin beds that may be pushed together into a king and has a private bathroom. There is a seating/cinema area at one end of this room, and it has a small terrace.
