Pool and Spa with Golf course view - Vacation Villa Rental in the Orlando Area Welcome to our luxurious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private screened pool and Jacuzzi, situated on the award winning golf community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club--an idyllic, peaceful, award winning gated community. It is located just 20 minutes from Disney and 50 minutes from the sandy Gulf coast beaches. This elegant, spacious 2-story villa comfortably sleeps 9 people. It has been furnished to the highest quality for your comfort and relaxation. It also has beautiful views of the third hole of the golf course. These can be seen from both the pool/spa area and also the second master bedroom. Upon entering the home, you will step into the luxuriously furnished living area, with a leather sofa (which houses a sofa bed that sleeps 2), 27 inch TV, Internet Access and entertainment system. Leading from this the kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities, including dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. The dining area looks out onto the pool, with a picture perfect view of the golf course. While on the patio why not take a swim in the pool or relax in the spa (heating optional). Alternatively sit back on the comfortable pool furniture and enjoy the view of the golf course. The pool has the added protection of a removable guard for your children’s safety. From the living area a corridor leads to the first of the master en-suite bedrooms. This is elegantly furnished with a queen size bed, double closet, dresser unit and cable TV. This room also has a sliding glass door access to the pool area and offers a scenic view of the golf course. Leading from this room is the first en-suite, with a bath, shower, toilet and vanity unit. Also from this corridor is a utility room with full size washer and dryer, and ironing facilities. On the Second floor you will find the remaining three bedrooms. Leading from a spacious landing area, the master bedroom is a large, light-filled room elegantly furnished with a King size bed, dresser and Cable TV. The en-suite has a double shower, oval bath, his and her sinks and leads to a big walk-in closet. The third bedroom has 2 twin size beds and cable TV. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin size bed on top and a queen size bed on the bottom. This room also offers an entertainment system for the children, which includes a TV/VCR combo. The third bathroom is situated between the third and fourth bedroom--with a toilet, vanity unit, bath and shower.
