Completed in late 2007, this beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bath home at 11 N Westridge Road, sleeps up to 22. This home can easily accommodate 3-4 families and kids. Four private rooms and 2 separate kids rooms gives you the ultimate in flexibility for your vacation/family reunion or even a business meeting. We have a "Bonus/Kids" Room set up which is great for large groups of kids. It has 2 bunk beds (4 kids) + 2 day/trundle beds (4 kids) for a total of 8 in one room....with their own bathroom!
The Sanctuary at Snowshoe, with 2,944 square feet of finished living space, is the perfect retreat for your family and friends. Native stonework, hardwood floors, and top of the line appointments fill this 5 bedrooms and 4 bath house, sleeps 20. We are long time fans of Snowshoe Mountain Resort. My wife grew up skiing there and is a level 3 PSIA certified ski instructor. We have 2 small kids and we spend as much time as possible at Snowshoe and in Breckendrige, CO. I spent 4 years working for the developer/owner of Snowshoe Mountain, Intrawest, building the Village at Snowshoe. We have also lived and worked in Breckendridge and Copper Mountain. I have been involved in real estate all my life and used my knowledge to create this beautiful home. I guarantee you will be happy with your stay at this home.

We spend our "Thanksgiving Day" here at 11 N. Westridge, very nice place, and grea for a large family. For new visitors coming in, you have to stand on the back deck and watch the awesome WV sunrise and sunset, it's beautiful. Wild and Wonderful Forever!!!! We have spent several Thankgivings at Snowshoe and we will continue to return. Thank the Lord for the love of our family! We miss the family that is not here with us. 18 Slopes open, packed snow, great day to open season and get in shape to ski this year. Foggy Sat + Sun. Could not see the view today, but we know it's there...seen it before. Thanks Dave and Mary

We're sitting here on the balcony/big deck looking out onto one of the most beautiful + breath-taking views. The sun is shining and we hear nothing but the birds chirping and the occasional dog bark. Thank you for welcoming us to this true sanctuary. We are going to go on a family hike, then a picnic and all this after noon. Thanks, Sue & Pace Duckett
