Conveniently located in North Kihei, across from Kalepolepo Beach Park and the NOAH Humpback Whale Sanctuary, Kihei Bay Surf Condominiums is a low-rise complex of studio condos in a tropical garden setting. We own adjacent condos which are situated on the 2nd floor along the back of the complex overlooking the central courtyard with partial ocean views. The central courtyard includes a tennis court, pool, "the best jacuzzi in Kihei", and a large picnic area with two gas BBQ grills. Both of our large studio condos, (over 500 sq ft) have been remodeled and redecorated. The kitchens are fully equipped including a dishwasher, and each studio has a queen-size bed, a queen-size sleeper sofa, ceiling fan and air-conditioning.
