There are two beaches within walking distance, one which is just around the corner and another which is attended by a lifeguard. There are excellent restaurants in town and the surrounding area. You may wish to enjoy shopping in the quaint boutiques; or, you may wish to enjoy sailing, kayaking, and fishing. For the golfer, there are many courses within driving distance. For the boater, there are first class marinas.
This is a four season community with skiing at Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands which are within five miles. Spring brings additional beauty to Harbor Springs as the trees and flowers blossom. Fall brings a magnificent color show that is a delight for all. You can travel through the tunnel of trees from Harbor Springs to Cross Village and enjoy being covered with the beauty of nature.
This is a two story townhouse. The second story has two large bedrooms each with its own full bath. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has a queen size and a full size bed. Conveniently, the washer and dryer are on this floor.
The first floor has a half bath, a well equipped kitchen, and an eating area that looks out onto a deck which has a large evergreen tree that provides privacy.

Our family rented this condo for a long weekend of skiing. The location was very convenient to Boyne Highlands and Nubs Knob - a short 6 or 7 minute drive. We were a very short drive, or a longer walk from Harbor Springs, but did not have the opportunity to spend time in town on this trip. The condo was extremely well equipped - the kitchen contained every cooking appliance that we needed, and then some! The master bedroom and adjoining bath were nicely decorated and appointed. The second bedroom was generously sized, and my daughter and her two friends had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The condo was very clean, everything was well maintained and the owner was very responsive as we were coordinating our trip. It was obvious that the owner treats and maintains the condo with the care of a second home. We hope to stay again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

What more can be said about Harbor Springs? This is Pure Michigan at it's best. You can almost hear Tim Allen narrating a Pure Michigan commercial as you walk about town. We really love this unit. Bay Springs Assocation is a beautiful and quiet setting. Everything is within walking distance. We love walking around the corner to the beach, as well as to the quant little shops that line the main street. The owners have really taken the time to make sure that the unit is well equipped and cared for. We look forward to coming back year after year. We can't wait to get back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
