The main floor encompasses a living room with panoramic windows offering full views of the lake as well as large screen TV/DVR - a dining area adjacent to a state of the art kitchen with high end appliances. Additionally, there is the Master Bedroom with Queen bed and an additional twin bedded bedroom, as well as full bath, complete with shower skylight. The house offers plenty of closet and hanging space.

The lower level offers an additional Master Bedroom with Queen bed. There is a twin bedded room as well as a separate TV/Playroom with Flat screen TV and a full service laundry room. Bathroom includes 4' by 4' tile lined shower, twin pedestal sinks and large dressing area. This finely crafted home accented with gorgeous trim and hardwood flooring also features a spacious deck providing a relaxing area to enjoy evening cocktails while watching the sun set.

Enjoy the peaceful solitude of the lake while only a quick drive from downtown New London for restaurants, shopping and the renound New London Theater. In addition to being a short distance from the interstate, we are also only a few miles to Mount Sunapee for hiking.
