This condo has magnificent views from both the living room and the bedroom. We watched the sunset on the lanai (balcony) and had dinner outside almost every night and every morning. There is a beach right in front of the condo and 5 bbq grills with tiki torches. Beaches are everywhere, from walking distance to a 5 minute car ride to 30 minutes. All the amenities are here, we loved it, couldn't ask for anything else.

This 4th FLOOR CONDO has been remodeled and refurnished with new appliances, furniture and amenities including stereo, I pod docking station 2 TVs and DVD players and free wireless internet. Enjoy beautiful sunsets each night from the private lanai. This unit is located in the courtyard side of Kauhale Makai (Village by the Sea).

THE CONDO DOES NOT OVERLOOK THE PARKING LOT!

The inside courtyard view is unobstructed. Just the beautifully landscaped grounds and the Pacific Ocean.

Village by the Sea is located 20 minutes from the Kahului Airport on the sun drenched side of Maui. Golf, surf, snorkel, scuba or just relax enjoy the sunshine...You'll find it all in minutes from this home away from home.

The condo has a fully stocked kitchen ready for home cooked meals. On site you'll find 5 gas barbeque's and tables for outdoor dining. If you're looking for private dining, there is seating for 4 guests on the lanai overlooking the Pacific - dinner at sunset is unforgettable!

You will also find everything you'll need for the beach as well. Comfortable beach chairs, 2 ice chests, umbrella and lots of big beach towels.

Once you spend time in this Maui condo - you'll never stay anywhere else!

  • Wow we had a fabulous time in Maui!! So glad that we chose Stephen's condo to rent, as there were so many to choose from. The condo was fully supplied! There was everything you could need in the kitchen, there was wireless internet, a great shower, comfortable bed and the cooler, beach mats and beach umbrella sure came in handy also. We loved the Lanai, and spent a great deal of time out there having breakfast, dinner or just enjoying the magnificent view. The condo was very comfortable, nicely decorated and conveniently located right next to the elevators and laundry room. The condo complex is a very short walk to the beach where we enjoyed watching many sunsets. In the complex there are barbeques where we cooked a lot of our dinners and enjoyed socializing with others also staying in the building. Stephen was great to rent from and we enjoyed staying in his condo. I would definetly stay there again when we return to Maui!!

  • Very nicely remodled. Spectacular views from almost every where in the condo. Quiet, coulnd't hear the neighbors! Really nice to have the cooler, beach chairs and beach umbrella. Very convenient location to everything on the island. Mahalo Stephen!

  • This was a beautifully furnished condo in a great central location. We were perfectly situated for a drive up to Lahaina, the north shore, or the Hana Highway, and were close to many nice beaches in the south western side of the island. It was nice having a cooler to take to the beach and beach towels to use, and the condo's kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and pans. This was a great bargain and we're happy to have found it. We had an amazing time on Maui!

  • This was probably one of the best vacations my husband and I have had in a long time. We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of NYC. The location of the condo to town, the airport, golf courses and sightseeing was perfect. We were minutes from everything. The condo was ideal, we had the view of the ocean 24/7, each morning we had our breakfast on the deck, and we were at the pool by 9:00am, and we walked on the beach each evening. Everything was right at our finger tips. – We wanted for nothing!!! We hope to make this trip more often.

  • The condo was everything and more that it was advertised to be! The pool, spa, communal gas grills and grounds were meticulously maintainted. We were particulary pleased to find the kitchen so well stocked with utensils/cookware - - we therefore ended up cooking/grilling more than we would have originally thought - - it was delightful to do so and be on our own schedule. Looking forward to returning to the condo and beautiful Maui!
