This is the perfect condominium for a family vacation. We have recently renovated the entire unit. This non-smoking condo is a short walk to one of the best beaches on the East Coast. It is located in a quiet area so that noise is never an issue. There are 12 miles of sandy shores that are perfect for biking, sunning or walking. There are three pools and a tennis court located at the complex for your use . Parking is at your door and walking to the beach is as simple as following the path by the condo.
Our condo is directly across from one of the three pools for your use in Ocean Breeze so that your children are never far from you. The pool is naturally protected so that even on windy days, you will be more than comfortable relaxing there.
This is a pet-friendly condo. If you have a well-behaved dog or cat, bring it or them along. We have two dogs so we know how it is leave the pets at home.
We are within walking distance to Coligny Plaza which hosts a variety of restaurants, shops and nightlife. You are never far from a golf course or tennis court. The Van Der Meer tennis courts and a state-of-the-art fitness club are nearby. You may walk to Players Club Fitness center which allows you to use their nautilus equipment, free weights, racquetball courts, indoor heated pool and hot tubs for only $35.00 per week. They allow daily rates if you want to spend more time on one of our glorious beaches.
We have recently decorated the condo in soft beach colors. It is a two story, spacious unit with the living room, kitchen, dining area and half-bath downstairs. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and all rooms have been recently painted. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, baking pans, toaster, coffeemaker, a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and disposal. You can eat at the bar or have a more formal meal in the dining area. We have provided beach towels and beach chairs to save some packing.
We make sure there is laundry detergent along with diswasher and dish detergent just in case you need them during your stay. If you find you need any "snacks", grocery and drug stores are readily available and easily accessible from this condo.
Open the shades in the dining room to look out over one of the pools. The living area has plenty of seating, a large new flat screen TV, DVD player and a wall of windows that looks out over the barbeque grill on the private deck. We have a back yard that is perfect for relaxing and for letting you pet explore.
Upstairs, we provide a queen bed in the master bedroom with a down mattress pad and a set of bunk beds in the second bedroom. The bunk beds sleep three because the lower bed is a double. Each bedroom has a full bath with all new linens provided. There are always extra sheets and towels for your use. There is a washer and a brand new full size dryer upstairs for your convenience. The living room and master bedroom are wired to cable.
Wireless internet access is installed for your computer use.
There are so many options here on Hilton Head for your family fun. When you are finished at the beach, there is always time for a round of golf, a movie, miniature golf or shopping. The outlet malls are fifteen minutes away and restaurants of every kind are nearby. Most of these are within walking distance to the condo.
We live in the area so we are never more than a quick call away for recommendations for dinner or excursions. We are able to recommend many activities for you family's enjoyment. We are never more than a call away. We inspect our condo each and every week and no detail is left unnoticed. This condo is spotless. This is truly the BEST choice for your vacation.
A $300 dollar deposit (with a week's stay) is required and will be returned if there is no damage. There is NO additional pet fee or cleaning fee.
We will match any quote you receive for a villa in our category. Simply let us know, we will be more than happy to respond.
Call if you want to get away for a few days- we will be more than happy to rent it out for shorter periods, if at all possible. Short notice isn't a problem; just give us a call.

My husband and I lived in VA, yet we kept coming to the beach for our vacations. We both work in education and realized that we could stay involved with our professions but continue this near a beach. Hilton Head was the perfect spot to move. We have made our condo into a place where we would enjoy staying. We want it to be as comfortable as home.

This condo was very comfortable and clean and well cared for. The location is great. The owners were easy to reach and very helpful. We love Hilton Head and using this condo made our stay really enjoyable.

Great stay and the low rate for off-season and being very pet friendly made it even better! Everything adertised was what we got. We especially liked the large open living area and private deck. The location was private, yet very convenient to the beach and many places. Some of our favorites were: MUST SEE: Bomboras Grille (dog-friendly patio) in Coligny Plaza for amazing food, drinks, and atmosphere...we can't say enough about this awesome place. We also found Ahhh Spa in the same plaza which is new and well managed with very reasonable massage prices. The Plantation Cafe was outstanding for breakfast and The Island Winery was great to visit AND dog-friendly. They had great tasting options and very unique wines. Cindy was very accomodating and easy to work with. Book this one quick, just don't take our week next year!

We are just returning from a fabulous week in Hilton Head....not one family member wanted to come home! Our youngest son said it best when he said "Mom, this place feels like home". The condo was immaculate with everything you would need from a book to browse or some board games to play during the occasional afternoon showers. The owners also provided ample beach towels and beach chairs to save on some packing space ( more room for shoes!!!) There was a BBQ grill on the deck to use and charcoal in the pantry. Our pets really enjoyed the back deck and surrounding scenery ( especially the squirrels). The pool conveniently located across the street was also nice, better yet was the path to the beach!!! We want to thank you for opening your home to us and allowing us to utilize such an amazing condo during our vacation.

Thank you so much to Cindy and Jay for sharing their condo with me and my Westie! This was my first vacation without the family or the gaggle of friends - just a nice and relaxing vacation on MY schedule! As soon as I walked in the condo I felt right at home - cozy and comfy! Across the parking lot was one of the pools, and in the back yard, lots of area for my dog to explore and attempt to climb the trees to chase the squirrels:) The beach was just a short walk or bike ride (or on those super-hot days, a car ride to the parking meters). Shopping, grocery, and every possible kind of restaurant you could imagine were the same distance. The condo is in a safe and friendly area where everyone says "Good Morning" to each other. I am anxiously awaiting my next trip to HHI - Thank you again!

The condo was lovely. Everything is provided for the kitchen and we didn't even have to pack our beach towels. It is quiet and the pool is close yet far enough away that we bothered by anyone playing. We look forward to returning back to Ocean Breeze
