Aloha! The extraordinary setting our home in the Villas of Kamali'i at Princeville Resort has to offer along with the serenity of the lifestyle on this island, will give you the true Aloha spirit. Villas of Kamali'i is a gated community, located in the prestigious Princeville Resort area.

Villas of Kamali'i is an exclusive residential community comprised of beautiful two and three-story townhomes. Our Villa is tri-level, featuring a vaulted entry hall, bedroom and bath on the entry level. A half flight of stairs takes you up to the Great Room, Kitchen, walk-out Lanai and one of the two Luxury Master Suites with Private Lanai and Bath with step in shower. A half flight down from the entry level is the second Luxury Master Suite with Sitting Area, Private Lanai and Bath with shower and jetted tub. A Laundry area, with full size washer and dryer is located on this level as well. With unparalleled views of the breath-taking mountains and mesmerizing waterfalls, you will be taken to the tranquility of your own private paradise.

Used as our second home, it is furnished in traditional Hawaiian style. Every convenience has been thought through and we have designed our home to give you (and us during our visits) the home- away-from-home feeling while in Kauai'.

The Princeville Resort area is located minutes to world class beaches where on any given day surfers can be found on the challenging waves during the winter, snorkeler's and divers's are swimming with turtles and communicating with the many species of fish found in the tropics, catamarans and sailing vessels are seen ferrying passengers to destinations along the Napali coast for snorkeling and diving, and kayakers are putting their skills to work in the ocean surf or lazily drifting along the many scenic rivers that abound on this island. Hikers will enjoy the beautiful Napali Coastline as well as several other trails throughout the island.

The Princeville Resort area offers many restaurants, should you decide not to cook-in. Hanalei Town, home to the movie South Pacific, has wonderful quaint shops, restaurants and water sport rentals, and is just a short 7 minute drive away.

Villas of Kamali'i is adjacent to the Princeville Makai Golf Course, one of Hawaii's top rated courses. The nearby Prince Course is Golf Digest's No. 1 rated course in Hawai'i. The 18 hole, par 72 course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., is one of the most challenging in the world, even when you are not being distracted by the lush backdrops of waterfalls and verdant valleys.
