Just pack a suitcase and everything is provided for your convenience including the pool towels. Long term and short term rentals. Discounts for off season May through September are available. 25% of rental to hold dates with a $100.00 non refundable cleaning fee and $500 refundable security deposit at time of contract. Balance of rent due 30 days prior to date of occupancy for first month and on the first of the month there after.
