The home is located close to the Cimarron Rec Center and day spa. There are classes and clubs to keep every interest or hobby as busy as you like. $100.00 fee/person with monthly rental allows use of all facilities. Luxury leather sofa and loveseat and quality bedding are yours to enjoy. Updated appliances, corian counters, quality throughout. Just pack a suitcase and everything is provided for your convenience including the pool towels. Long term and short term rentals. Discounts for off season May through September are available. Come enjoy the beauty of Arizona. We know you will like our house! 25% of rental to hold dates with a $100.00 non refundable cleaning fee. Balance of rent due 30 days prior to date of occupancy for first month and on the first of the month there after. No cats. Small dog only with additional ($75.00) deposit and cleaning fee (75.00).
