Our beautifully furnished and decorated townhome is in the exclusive Wolf Park complex near downtown Winter Park. It is great for families with kids, or as a quiet winter getaway.
It's located just steps away from the shuttle bus to downtown Winter Park and the Resort, or take a short walk through the woods to downtown Winter Park or Wolf Park playground. This is the best location in the Wolf Park complex, with a private corner unit backing to 11+ acres of green belt forest.
This unit features a master suite with a queen bed, guest suite with queen bed, and kids suite with a bunk bed. Each bedroom has its own private bath. The main level includes a gas fireplace, modern kitchen, dining area and half-bath. Over 1,400 sq feet. Radiant floor heating. Tons of windows with forest and mountain views. Two large decks on the main level plus a patio off the guest suite. Attached heated garage. Built in 2005.
Winter Park Resort is a great family resort, and Mary Jane is legendary for its bumps, trees and chutes. Be sure to visit the new Eagle Wind lift. The Winter Park area also offers great corss-country skiing, snowmobiling and sledding/tubing. Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are also short drives away. There are tons of other activities nearby for all seasons and all interests.

Wolf Park offers a great location away from the hustle of the resort, but still on the shuttle route and convenient to get too and from without getting in your car. It is a very secluded location with great views! It is also a very family oriented neighborhood.
