Why the Owner Chose Aspen
My husband and my family have been going to Aspen for years. We started going as a couple in the summer, enjoying the hiking and biking, rafting, great restaurants, galleries and shopping. Later we brought the kids and enjoyed great family vacations there. There is so much to do in all the seasons, in winter we enjoy skiing and snow shoeing. We love the biking and hiking in the summer and fall. Each year we have gone to the movie festival in late september and always seem to have great weather. We have enjoyed many of the festivals, The Aspen Ideas festival is great, one year I even had a conversation with Bill Clinton, we also enjoy the jazz festivals. We enjoy fly fishing, white water rafting and ducking.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
This property was rated 4 stars on expedia. It's a luxury condo with many of the amenities of a luxury Hotel. It's great to be right in the heart of Aspen and in walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Our favorite in town hike is the UTE. it's the best work out. We also love to go to O2 which is the yoga and pilates studio, which is just 2 blocks away. It's also great that the property provides free transportation anywhere in Aspen. Some of our favorite spots include Paradise Bakery for dessert, and Cache Cache, The Belly Up is a nice venue for live music. The kids love to shop at Boogies. The bookstore has a wonderful vegetarian restaurant upstairs and it's nice to have a salad at the Cheese Shop outside for lunch. If you have kids, you might want to try a ducking trip, we loved it even more than the white water rafting.
