The Alpenhof Swiss Chalet will fulfill all your vacation expectations. Designated private parking (for two cars) is right outside the front door.
Located right on the Tahoe Rim Trail. Watch for wildlife from the decks. Five minutes to the lake and casinos.
Two bedrooms, each with a private bath, and walk-in closet are on the first level. One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has a two twin beds. The upper level has the third bedroom, queen bed, and third full bath.
TV with cable in each bedroom and livingroom. Wireless internet in all areas of chalet.
The upper level also has a living room with a gas fireplace, dining table for eight, and full kitchen. The kitchen was recently updated with new cabinets and corian countertops. Washer and dryer is adjacent to the kitchen.
The entire upper level has a dramatic vaulted ceiling. There is a large deck, with a gas grill, off the livingroom. There is a private deck off the bedroom. Note there is a large screened deck off the master bedroom on the first level.
There is a walkout lower level(only one step down outside) with a sports prep room and heated storage for your skis and equipment. The location is fabulous because the Alpenhof is located on the Quaking Aspen free shuttle route right at the intersection of Tramway so you can catch the shuttle going both directions to the Stagecoach or Boulder lifts both a couple of minutes away.
Tahoe Village has a large hot tub available just up the street ( with heated change rooms with showers). Tahoe Village has a community swimming pool which is open in the summer.
