Centrally located , you can access Kokee National Reserve, Waimea Canyon(Grand canyon of the Pacific)and panoramic views of Kalalau valley and the stunning Na Pali Coast on the west or go north and in an hour the beautiful north shore with its waterfalls and lush beauty are yours.
A perfectly romantic and rustic slice of paradise. Ideal for couples or 2 people wanting to get away and experience beautiful but simple and in nature Kauai.
Living room leads onto lanai and has sleeper couch and tv and dvd. Kitchen with fridge, micro, toaster oven and hotplate. Inside bathroom has toilet and basin and leads to private hot shower on the lanai. Loft with queen size bed up in treetops.

    The treehouse cottage is truly magical! My husband and I fell in love with the cozy and relaxing little 'home away from home' Waking in the morning to sunshine and trees, birds singing ...was so peaceful! We loved the special touches - like the outdoor shower - so refreshing after a long day at the beach! The private deck was great too- for dinner or a nap on the hammock. ..Kauai is truly breath taking and staying here added so much more beauty and relaxation to our honeymoon. We hope to visit again!

    We came here for our honeymoon - your treehouse really exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect retreat from our busy lives in NYC. We went to the big resorts for drinks or a swim in the pool, but were so happy to come back to this unique jungle house.

    What a wonderful way to spend a 10th anniverasry and 35th birthday. We loved the homey feel of the treehouse - the hammock, loft were great and the outdoor shower was heaven after a day hiking or beach time. The fresh flowers were greta and thanks for letting us use your surfboard. We will definitely miss our time here...rooster - NO! ...but the beauty and feeling of this island YES!

    The treehouse was a perfect place for our honeymoon! A cozy, private getaway that is close to so many Kauai attractions. The outdoor shower and loft bedroom are neat features, and we even got accustmed to the 5;00 am rooster wake-up calls! Thanks Neil and Sharon.

    We LOVE the treehouse. The only thing that kept my husnband, myself, and our two year old going on the kalalau trail was coming back to this gorgeous retreat and the AWESOME outdoor shower. The treehouse is so private. It is nice to be on vacation away from all the condod. We will recommend this place to everyone, and we will be back ourselves!

  • We stayed in the tree house for our honeymoon after our June 5th Kauai wedding. The cottage was the perfect place to relax after our week with family and friends. We loved waking up to the trade winds and sunshine in the treetops and falling asleep to moonlight and stars at night. We also loved the coolness at night (natural air conditioning;), the live-in bug zappers (geckos), the outdoor shower, and the whole rustic charm of the place which is not too far off the beaten path. Our one regret is not spending more days at home, because we really would have loved afternoons on the deck having a beer with Neil and talking about life. We look forward to a visit in the future.     We have really enjoyed our honeymoon in the treehouse. A perfect week in such a beautiful place. The privacy and amenities made for such a relaxing stay that a hotel never could have. Whe we saw that the one week we wanted was available for the treehouse we knew everything would be great and it was. Thank you!

  • Sharon and Neil are very nice host. Sharon had fresh cut flowers around the tree house for our arrival, soft towels, and nice toiletries for us to use. The tree house is rustic and that being said, we had a few more bugs in the place then we personally were comfortable with. However, I understand since we informed them they have taken actions to deal with this problem. There is a hibatchi grill (not a full size grill) so you may not want to plan to cook a lot of meals at the tree house but I am sure there are places you can eat out at nearby. The tree house is close to many of the great things to do in the south & west part of the island including great trails, salt pond beach etc.

  • We loved our stay! I had the studio in the lower level of Neil and Sharon's home, and my sister and family had the treehouse. The grounds were so lush and stunning. We loved being in the jungle. A great spot from which to explore the south shore as well as the Waimea canyon area. First trip to Kauai. Can't wait to return. And we will certainly stay at the treehouse and studio again. Mahalo Neil and Sharon. We appreciated your friendliness and your tips for finding the best sunsets, etc.
