Why the Owner Chose Folly Beach
Always loved eclectic nature of Folly Beach. Best surfing in SC and kiteboarding. Can be at some of best restaurants in the southeast in 15 minutes, (Woody's right on Folly has best pizza in SC) Aquarium etc.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
COV had good rental track record and more likely to get rentals year round due to proximity to Charleston and year round activities there, Spoleto etc.
