31Aqua is the newest and most upscale of the recent developments to be built in Panama City Beach. Our 2 bedroom Penthouse home will allow you supreme privacy and incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico and nearby sugar sand beaches. The Southern exposure gives you a ringside seat to both stunning sunrises and sunsets!
Our 23rd floor home has so many features its hard to mention them all. We start by getting you home quickly with 4 separate high speed elevators for a start. Only Penthouse homes feature 10 foot ceilings in the main room with 9 foot ceilings in the rest of the home. The Master Suite offers a king sized bed, flat screen TV with DVD, blackout curtains and a master bath with granite counters, separate shower and oversized garden tub. The guest suite has a queen sized bed, flat screen TV with DVD and blackout curtains. We also have a queen sized sleeper sofa and bunk room if you've got the kids with you. The kitchen is fully appointed and should offer you all the comforts of your own kitchen and more! At the end of the day you can settle in to watch movies on the 48" HD LCD Flat Screen TV or listen to the stereo or your favorite MP3's from the balcony as you watch the sunset.
Aqua is located on the western end of Front Beach Boulevard across the street from the new Pier Park Retail and Entertainment development. Pier Park is a major restaurant and retail complex offering shopping, movie theaters, dozens of restaurants and of course a very short walk to the city Pier.

My husband and I viewed hundreds of ads and reviews for condos in the Panama City Beach area on VRBO and TripAdvisor. We finally chose unit #2304, located in the top floor of Aqua. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning, and that in itself would be enough to make renting a top floor unit worthwhile. However, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the top floor units all have 10 foot ceilings, which really gives the unit a grand sense of space. This is a 2 bedroom unit. The floor plan works well. The entrance comes into a foyer at the rear of the unit. Therebis a tile floor hallway that leads to the living areas in the front of the unit. The hall is wide enough for 2 people to pass comfortably. The master bedroom is first on the right as you come down the hall. It is very roomy. Plenty of storage and space for all our things. The bed is a king, outfitted in excellent quality linens and tasteful duvet. Lots of pillows, which I appreciate, for reading in bed. The only window in the room looks out onto the breezeway hallway that runs across the back of the building and is where the rooms are entered. We kept the curtains closed in the bedroom, and they still let in light during the day. The master bath was my favorite of any place I have ever stayed. It was large, functional, and exceptionally clean, there is a glass shower stall and a separate soak tub, which I loved and used several times. There are candles around it, beautiful ambiance! We didn't use the second bedroom. It was located across the hall from the master bedroom and was also tastefully decorated. The window in this bedroom also looked out onto the breezeway, nice for letting light in through the curtains, but you wouldn' t want to leave them open since people walk by going to the elevators and can see in. Not much of a view out the back of the building, anyway. There is also a full bath in the second bedroom with a tub/shower combo. Built into the wall of the hall as it comes to the kitchen are two bunks. My sister and I would have loved something like this as kids! We didn't have kids traveling with us, but I did try out the lower bunk, and it was surprisingly comfy! The kitchen is on the right as the hallway ends at the living room/dining room area. It is small, but equipped with the necessities, and has top-of-the-line Kitchenaid appliances and granite countertops. The Balcony is gorgeous, and the view from the top floor of Aqua is the best in Panama City Beach!

Good location on the beach. Owner takes personal interest in the guests. We loved the comfortable padded furniture on the 23rd floor balcony. The view of the beach is fantastic. We watched the sunset each day and were lucky to have a full moon to watch from the balcony each evening. The condo was furnished very nicely and clean. WIFI service is provided in the unit, a real plus for us. Would recommend this VRBO unit to my family and friends. Would recommend Uncle Ernie's, Bonefish and Boars Head Restaurants in the PCB area. Had a wonderful time and did not want to leave...

My family and I had a fantastic time. The condo was perfect. Our boys loved the bunk beds and the view from the patio. We have been to many beaches but this was perfect for us with the pool and beach onsite. We enjoyed lots of sun, seafood, and family time. Just what we needed! We'd love to stay here again.

The penthouse condo was perfect. As soon as you walk in the door, you are looking at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The view is wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach was absolutely beautiful. The water and the gulf breezes are so calming and relaxing. We enjoyed eating out at Pier Park, which is a less than 5 minute drive from Aqua. We will defintely rent this condo again.

This condo was awesome! Staying on the top floor has beautiful views of the ocean and sunset. The condo is very well furnished. This has a nice size kitchen and a pantry (which some condo's do not have). The bedding was very comfortable and and nicely decorated throughout the condo. The beach chairs that come with this condo are great. The condo was extremely clean. My family and I were very comfortable. Acqua has an great pool and a side cafe next to the pool. The new Pier Park is a block away, only about a five to ten minute walk. We will be staying here for our yearly vacation's in the future.

This place is beautiful! The kitchen has everything you will need, even had a wine opener! The appliances were great and 10 foot ceilings gave a big open feeling. The view is beautiful, when you walk in the door looking out all you see is the Gulf! We saw wildlife every morning, sharks and stingrays. Aqua is in walking distance to Pier Park and several restaurants that set on the beach. I would recommend this unit and would love to come back!
