Aqua is the newest and most upscale of the recent developments to be built in Panama City Beach. Our 2 bedroom Penthouse home will allow you supreme privacy and incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico and nearby sugar sand beaches. The Southern exposure gives you a ringside seat to both stunning sunrises and sunsets!
Our 23rd floor home has so many features its hard to mention them all. We start by getting you home quickly with 4 separate high speed elevators for a start. Only Penthouse homes feature 10 foot ceilings in the main room with 9 foot ceilings in the rest of the home. The Master Suite offers a king sized bed, flat screen TV with DVD, blackout curtains and a master bath with granite counters, separate shower and oversized garden tub. The guest suite has a queen sized bed, flat screen TV with DVD and blackout curtains. We also have a queen sized sleeper sofa and bunk room if you've got the kids with you. The kitchen is fully appointed and should offer you all the comforts of your own kitchen and more! At the end of the day you can settle in to watch movies on the 48" HD LCD Flat Screen TV or listen to the stereo or your favorite MP3's from the balcony as you watch the sunset.
Aqua is located on the western end of Front Beach Boulevard across the street from the new Pier Park Retail and Entertainment development. Pier Park is a major restaurant and retail complex offering shopping, movie theaters, dozens of restaurants and of course a very short walk to the city Pier.
