  Our 4th time to Savannah and 1st time staying at Lafayette Square. We absolutely loved the apartment. The best part: opening the floor to ceiling windows and listening to the horse and carriages come by. Our daughter attends SCAD and next time we visit I can't see staying any where but Lafayette Square!

  We absolutely fell in love with Suites on Lafayette! The location is centrally located one block from Clary's, three blocks from the Vespa Scooter rentals and Parker's Market, and within two-three blocks from countless tours for historic homes, coffee houses, and ghost walks. Parking was easy, the location very quiet, and the suite incredibly accommodating with a beautifully refurbished kitchen and baths. The master suite was very large and could easily be used by a disabled individual (large shower and floor space). The decor sweeps you into the Savannah style, and the proprietor Lou was fabulous. Tybee Island is only a fifteen minute drive, too. The photos and video are true to their showings, and we have friends who are planning to stay here in the next few months. The Suites will definitely be our first choice when visiting Savannah in the future. Highly recommended!

  My Husband and I loved every minute of our stay. The service was first class, the owners and there staff where wonderful and it is so close to downtown and every event. We walked most of the time or you can jumped on a free trolly. And the beach is only 20 mins away. I can't wait to go back..

  These condos are amazing! A historically prominent square, with a tastefully updated four room suite. We were there for the Veteran's Day Parade which we literally watched from the balcony and had the best seat in the house. Lou, the owner, gives wonderful guidance about Savannah and was super helpful but not intrusive. We will vacation in this property again!

  This condo has charm, personality and an awesome location! It's within walking distance to everything downtown, the amenities are great, definitely a home away from home. Lou, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. We can't say enough great things about it. We had a great stay here and plan on recommending it all of our friends for a true downtown Savannah experience!

  We visited Savannah with our two college-aged daughters: a daunting challenge at best. Your beautiful property--with its expansive size and location within walking distance of River Street--proved to be perfect for our needs. The kids rented motor scooters (the Vespa dealer is nearby) and gained a rare generational admiration for the architecture of the houses by simply wandering on them through the downtown streets of the historic district. For me, a cigar and bourbon on the back porch was reward for a day spent trudging those same streets. We loved the openness of your floor plan, reveled in the architectural details of the 1800's construction, appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, and enjoyed the large shower in the master suite. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Savannah, but especially those with a family group.

  Why would you stay at a hotel when you could stay here? The building is located right on Layfette square, across from John the Baptist Church. It's walking distance from just about everything you want to see and only a block away from great resturants and shops. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony with coffee in the morning watching folks walk the square and seeing the tours drive by. We stayed in the west parlor and it was very charming; vaulted ceilings, heart pine floors, fully stocked kitchen, as well as washer and dryer. It really had everything you could ask for. The owner was great and really made it easy. Would recommend this place to anyone.

  The Real deal, i travel alot, this was the best place I have stayed in a long time. Classic Savannah Georgia, of course the building is old, It is an "Historic District". Very Very very clean, great view, huge room!!! GREAT DEAL. Great for all!! Young or Old! If your headed towards Savannah Ga, check this Place out!!!

  A last minute decision to get out of Atlanta for a few days brought me and family members to Savannah. I decided I wanted to stay in a place that would feel and look as hisorical as Savannah. I found this place and we loved it!!! It was an old building but everything was very nicely updated. It is located on Lafayette Square which is one of the beautiful historical parks in Savannah. We walked every where we went which included City Market and River Street. We will definitely return to the Suites on Lafayette. The owner Lou lives across the street and was very helpful. Thanks Lou!

  The condo was amazing, the property was outstanding and Lou the owner could not have been more wonderful. He helped us out with everything from sightseeing, dining recommendations and some great local pubs. You are in the heart of the historical district area and there some magnificent homes to take a leisurely stroll by. With 22 squares in Savannah you are never far away from one of the them. This condo is directly across from Lafayette Square and you can enjoy the view from your front window. The condo has everything you will need to feel very comfortable. Whether dining in or entertaining friends, your suite on Lafayette will exceed your expectations. We would definetly stay at this location again and highly recommend it for your stay in Savannah. Thanks Lou.
