This luxury home is on the eleventh fairway of the La Quinta Mountain Golf Course and has stunning views of the course and Santa Rosa Mountains. Our guests have access to golf and tennis, and to the spa, restaurants, and shops at the world famous La Quinta Resort Hotel, which just next door.
Relax in the home's private enclosed courtyard with lush landscaping, palm trees, its own private in-ground spa. Sip afternoon drinks or morning coffee in the peaceful courtyard. Relax in the spa before heading off for a massage at Spa La Quinta, or a round of golf on any of the five available championship courses. Golf and spa services are at special rates for our guests. The in-ground pool is directly out the door. It is very quiet and is practically your own private pool.
Entertain on the patio with views of the eleventh fairway and Santa Rosa Mountains. A gas bar-b-que and table for six make for easy outdoor dining with sunrise views for breakfast and gorgeous sunsets of the mountains.
The home is all on one floor, and is elegantly furnished in mission style decor. It has three bedrooms all with private bath suites, and includes a detached private casita off the courtyard with bedroom and private bath. Each bedroom has a TV and direct access to courtyard or patio. The master bedroom has a king bed. The other two bedrooms both have King or extra long twin beds available.
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including Jenn-aire range with indoor grill. The living room has a gas fireplace, stereo, and entertainment center with 34" TV, DVD and VCR. Formal dining room seats six. French doors from the living room and dining room open to the patio and golf course and bring the views inside.
Attached two-car garage, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and available maid service make this an easy living home.

This property was in an ideal location for my family. The fairway and mountains right out our door welcomed the morning freshness of a each new day. It was great to sit on the patio at anytime during the day and watch golfers go by and the cool breeze come down from the mountains. The pool was a few steps away from our front gate where we spend some time each day. It was not a busy pool (which we liked) so we could swim, read, or "watch the world go by". :) The house was clean and had everything we needed on a daily basis. the location is in a quiet area. It was spacious and well cared for by the owner. The owner was very quick to respond to emails as we prepared for this adventure. The drive to hiking, golf, shopping, or grocery stores was not very far. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+.
