I own multiple investment properties, including this home and a condo in Orlando.
Why the Owner Chose Trafalgar Village
I grew up in Florida and have always been intrigued by the Orlando area with Walt Disney World and all the attractions nearby. I looked at homes all throughout Kissimmee and when I saw Trafalgar Villages and all the amenities it has, I knew that it would be a perfect vacation home for me, my family and friends and other vacationers to go to. Having a garage with a driveway in the rear of the home also makes it easy and doesn't cause the community to look "cluttered" with cars in front of the homes.
The Unique Benefits of this House
I really like having everything I need in my home and the private pool and spa makes all the difference! When I bring friends with kids and babies, they love staying there as I have items like a portable baby crib and high chair available for them. I also have DVDs and games for the kids. When I go to the clubhouse, I can get a quick workout at the gym, use the computers at the business center, watch a movie in the theater with all my friends, play pool and games in the game room, or just hang out by the pool and lagoon. We also get to use the lakes and the beach without having to travel to the coast or even outside the community!
