I'm just completing a 4 month winter stay at this wonderful property. I've spent winters in the commercial tourist areas over the years and desided that old time Florida would be a change. Well I got the perfect location. Quiet, but near to the States best bass fishing and only 30 minutes to the Gulf for more fishing and great beaches. There are numerous golf courses in the area and you can swim in spring water that is 72 degrees warm year round. Lots of places to eat and not to far from Orlando, Tampa and Gainsville. The house is clean and well decorated, with a wonderful covered deck for checking out the Lake at the bottom of the garden and enjoying grilled food on the warm evenings. I plan to be back soon.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.
