HI, I'm John and I love to travel to beautiful places. With money and time being a major consideration, I found the Western Catskills to be a fulfilling destination in terms of endless beauty and serenity. It is a sanctuary for me that is only a few hours away from my home. I choose to build new so I can enjoy the nature up here with all the comforts of home. It's wonderful to have your breath taken away by the mountains on a regular basis.
The Unique Benefits at this House
What I love about my property is that it is way off the beaten path and is an Oasis. It is new so it is in great shape, and I love to have people come over. The views are awesome and Mother nature is all around! And it's only a few hours of a relaxing country drive from my home in New Jersey
Hike up to this mountain top for unparalleled views, over 2 counties and 20 miles in either direction
This where I go to get closest cell phone service, unless I go to town of Delhi

Hi, I'm John and I've been coming up to the Western Catskills my whole life. I hope to live up here some day. I have three wonderful sons that I have passed on my love of the land to. I enjoy hiking, quad and snowmobile riding, skiing, and fishing.
I've met a lot of great people up here and like the lifestyle of the Country.
I enjoy a place that can give me solitude when I want it, and the space to entertain when I want to.
