This new home (2007) is built on a bluff overlooking the Canoa Ranch golf course and is ideally located just minutes from I-19. It is well situated so the beauty of the course can be enjoyed without any noise or golf balls. This home has 2000 sq.ft., with 2 bedrooms and two full baths and is located within a gated neighborhood. The floor plan won the top national award for best home design for an active adult community. It has a spacious feeling with 10' ft ceilings and arched entryways. All furnishing throughout the home are new and there are custom window coverings throughout the house.
The panoramic views from the home include 5 different mountain ranges and the golf course. The backyard which was professionally landscaped has two patios including one covered. In addition the landscape has tasteful effect lighting for your evening enjoyment.
The flooring throughout most of the house is dramatic 18" Italian porcelain tile set diagonally and the bedrooms are carpeted for your comfort. Both bedrooms feature queen beds and TV's with DVD players. All amenities, including linens, are provided to make your vacation stay of any duration most enjoyable.
The Green Valley area and Southern Arizona offers exceptional sightseeing opportunities.
Renters can be guest members of the Green Valley Recreation Association during their stay. The GVRA has 13 recreation centers in Green Valley and offers innumerable activities such as fitness, dancing, crafts, swimming, live entertainment, trips and tours, movies, and "you name it ". It is said to be the best recreation association in the western United States.

Bruce and Heather, U.K. Stay: 10/18/2010 to 11/08/2010. We have rented quite a few properties in the U.S.A. and this is one of the best. It is very spacious and very clean and well maintained. It is very well equiped and beautifully furnished, with good quality funiture. There is a nice view from the patio and good access to the Interstate road system. Although we do not play golf, we very much enjoyed our stay here and love the area. We hope to return here in 2011, if the property is available when we want to travel.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.
