Welcome to our nine year old luxury Duplex located in Silverthorne Colorado. Hiking or cross country skiing trails originate off the back deck into Eagles Nest Wilderness National Forest. Majestic views from the living room, master bedroom suite and front deck. Choice of skiing within a 10 to 15 minute drive to Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, Loveland and A Basin. Vail is 30 minutes away; Beaver Creek 35 minutes. Less than a five minute walk to bus stop with connections to all major ski areas. Shoppers will love to shop at the many brand name factory outlets only minutes away.
Our home has cathedral ceilings, a gas fireplace, dining room and great kitchen and most forms of music and video entertainment. Half a flight up the stairs takes you to the upper level where there are three bedrooms - the master bedroom with great views and a full separate bath, a second bedroom with a queen bed and third bedroom with bunk beds.
