Tuscan-style house built in late 90's with all of the amenities you would expect in a $5 plus million home, including granite counter tops, stone and hard wood floors, custom cabinets, large jacuzzi tubs, and outdoor heated pool and spa. "Inverted" floor plan provides panoramic views of the beach and ocean from upstairs living areas, and separate downstairs living area with bar provides an alternative gathering spot for renters.
The outdoor area on the ocean side of the house has a 15' by 30' heatable pool and a separate 8' by 10' spa, along with extensive patio and deck space for outdoor dining and sunbathing. Unique deck area extends into the dune and provides "front row seats" on the beach. There is also a covered deck area near the pool and a large upstairs balcony adjacent to the great room and kitchen.
Renters have only a short walk to the Marriott Oceanfront Resort, the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, and the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. They also have access to two other golf courses in Palmetto Dunes and numerous other Island courses.
The six bedrooms, including three masters (with TV's) and three twins, all have their own privacy, with a separate bath and a separate view of the ocean, and direct access to an outdoor balcony or patio area. The house is ideal for executive retreats, extended families, or families vacationing together.
