This villa is on the second floor and includes a third floor with a private suite that includes a master bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, sitting area and a large outdoor veranda. The grounds are well groomed and it has a great community pool and hot tub. It is located close to the Wyndham Hotel & Casino, tennis courts, a golf course and just a golf cart ride to restaurants, bars, shopping and the beach. Only downside was that the villa has a leak in the ceiling (which the property manager said that they would fix), the fridge is not cold enough to keep products cold enough. However, Victor (the property manager is great to work with and was very attentive to our needs. My wife and I had our 3 daughters and her parents and everyone enjoyed their stay. I would strongly recommend this property for families, couples, etc. If fishing is your thing, look up Maragata Fishing Charters (Capitan Matt) right in Palmas Del Mar... great off shore fishing! Stay away from Magic Tarpon fishing... big waste of money. Restauirants that we recommend: Chez Daniel and Flying Pizza (great pizza, really!)Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

From $900-$1800/week. From $250/night ... $1500/week ... $3500/month. ADDITIONAL UNITS AVAILABLE. High season: Dec 15-Apr 14, prices will up 30%. Check in-out fee $130. We request 20% deposit to hold the Villa. 30 day cancellation policy. If cancellation notice is received by our office 30 days or more prior date of arrival guest will receive reimbursement of monies paid minus $50 management fee. If notice fall short than 30 days, no refund will be made. Tax rate 7%.
