This beach house is newly furnished with all the latest amenities including four televisions, two 42 inch flat screens, 2 37 inch flat screens in the Master bedrooms. DVD players, and wireless internet access. - Home is very family oriented and child friendly. Locks on cabinets, secure swinging gates at the top of every stairway landing. (may be removed easily if you don't have young children) Plenty of beach stuff for the kids and toys at the house, no need to pack your car with those types of things. Three decks, one a rooftop deck. Freshly painted and new hard wood floors, new furniture and TV's. A stones throw from Ben and Jerry's, Fantasy Island, all the best shopping and restaurants. Bathrooms are new and beautiful, however the outside shower is like a slice of heaven. Two blocks from the beach. eight beach badges provided.

- Pet Friendly : Please send me information on Pet, we are extremely pet friendly; however we will be charging a $100 cleaning surcharge for pets. Please keep up with pet during the week, like animal hair and picking up after them.

Beautiful Beach Home

We stayed in this home Sept 2011. The home is nicely maintained. The location is perfect you can walk to just about everything. The fact that we could bring our 2 dogs was awsome. The home has baby gates on every level which worked out great for us as one of our dogs is blind. Nice flat screen tv's in both family rooms and in two of the bedrooms. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. All in all it was a very nice place to stay. We even got to meet one of the owners! I would recommend this property to my family and friends! I would recommend the Uncle Wills for breakfast (they serve dinner too) I would recommend Tuckers for lunch or dinner...the outside seating so you can see the marina was beautiful and the food was terrific!
Recommended for:Pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
