The master and guest suites both have unsuited baths, two decks, and a heavenly outside shower. This beach house is newly furnished with all the latest amenities including four televisions, two 42 inch flat screens, 2 37 inch flat screens in the Master bedrooms. DVD players, and wireless internet access. - Home is very family oriented and child friendly. Locks on cabinets, secure swinging gates at the top of every stairway landing. (may be removed easily if you don't have young children) Plenty of beach stuff for the kids and toys at the house, no need to pack your car with those types of things. Three decks, one a rooftop deck. Newly constructed home, three years old, freshly painted and new carpeting, new furniture and TV's. A stones throw from Ben and Jerry's, Fantasy Island, all the best shopping and restaurants. Bathrooms are new and beautiful, however the outside shower is like a slice of heaven. Two blocks from the beach. eight beach badges provided.

- Pet Friendly: Please send me information on Pet, we are extremely pet friendly. Please keep up with pet during the week, like animal hair and picking up after them.
- Kid Friendly: This is my second home, I have children from the ages of 5 years to 6 months. There are plenty of toys, dvd's, beach stuff there if you choose.
