Our condominium is in a resort complex on the southern part of New Smyrna Beach. There is no driving on our beach! The grounds are tropically landscaped and include a beautiful oceanfront heated pool (winter months), large baby pool, ocean front gas grill and clubhouse, lighted tennis court, shuffleboard, and large patio gazebo. Step from the pool onto the white sandy beach of the Atlantic Ocean to fish, swim, surf, play volleyball, bicycle, or sail.
We are only an hour away from Orlando, home of Disney World, Sea World, and Universal, and only a half hour to Daytona and Kennedy Space Center.
New Smyrna Beach was voted "Best Beach in Florida" by the readers of FLORIDA MONTHLY MAGAZINE and has numerous art galleries, live theater, shopping, and dining. Visit historic Flagler Avenue with its quaint shop, pubs, and restaurants.
We are on the third floor with an excellent view of the ocean. Our condominium is 900 square feet and is clean and stocked with everything to make your vacation comfortable. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and large vanity area. Relax in the living room on a comfortable queen-size sofa bed or on one of two recliners. Our dining table seats six. The kitchen has all the comforts of home and overlooks the dining and living area. We have two televisions with HD digital cable and extended programming in the living room. We also have high speed wireless internet available. Work from the beach, pool or porch with our WI-FI connection or plug into our cable modem for high speed internet in the condo.
We offer weekend specials during the off season. Please come and enjoy our home-away-from-home. You will have a wonderful time!

This rental is exactly as advertised. A spacious one bedroom with a Jack and Jill bath and a very comfortable king bed. The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, glasses and utensils. It has a large side by side refrig w/icemaker. And large entertaintment center has stereo, wifi and flat screen TV. The large open balcony has a partial view of the heated pool and ocean. And it has a table and seats for 6 for that late morning coffee or late day cocktail. The Castle Reef complex itself is perfectly located and has many amenities (club house, barbeque, shuffle board and organized outings) Parking is no problem and there is not a lot of traffic most of the time. I would highly recommend this rental.
Recommended for:Families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

This very clean unit is large for a 1 bedroom and will sleep 4 comfortably.The view of the ocean from the balcony is awesome. The amenities in the unit such as a very comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs and beach umbrella are great. The grounds and ocean front swimming pool are fabulous as well. I plan on renting again and would recommend this unit to anyone. Lastly, the owner is great to work with.
