Newly remodelled this charming two bedroom Cottage is located on the Northern end of Longboat Key in the subdivision of LongBeach. It is just a block away from the Bay in one direction, and Whitney beach in the other direction. You are walking distance to shops, restaurants, and a bar, yet secluded enough for complete peace, quiet and tranquility.
The cottage can sleep up to six people. There are sealy pillowtop queen beds in both bedrooms, and there is room for a queen blow up bed in the living room if you wish to bring one. There is a full kitchen and a full bathroom. There is a screened in porch on the front of the home, and a large open patio and garden to the rear of the home. There is a nice big fenced in yard. There is also a new large gas BBQ grill onsite, and an outdoor dining table seating 6 exclusively for your use.
All the furniture in the cottage is brand new as of 2007. It was freshly painted and updated through out. There is a washer and dryer for your personal use. The cottage is turnkey furnished, right down to the bath towels, iron and hairdryer.
It is strictly NON SMOKING.
Enjoy this quiet island community where peacocks stroll in the streets, come and visit the picturesque Longboat Key North village which oozes charm and character.
There is a community boat ramp if you wish to bring your boat, as well as a community fishing pier, so you can catch dinner. All this is just 2 streets away.
