Our Seascape unit, Villa 102, is located on the first floor and is a corner, oceanfront unit. You overlook the pool and then right out at the Atlantic Ocean from our large screened in balcony. Seascape is one of the few three story condos in the Myrtle Beach area to offer an elevator to its guests. We also have a large pool with a new, large sundeck, and have put in a brand new jacuzzi in February 2008. We will add new photos of Seascape shortly as we are in the process of building a large 12x48-foot sundeck on the oceanfront, putting in a new 9x11-foot jacuzzi, and painting the entire building. All of this will be ready for your enjoyment by March of 2008.
Our unit has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, a master bathroom, and a small balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. There is a queen sized bed in the second bedroom and two twins in the third bedroom. The third bedroom also has a half bath attached to it. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for those home cooked meals. The living room has a color cable television and great views of the pool and ocean from the oceanfront porch.
When you are not enjoying our beautiful condo or the large pool or jacuzzi, take a swim in the ocean or a stroll on the wide sandy beaches. When you have had enough of the ocean and pool, take in the many attractions that the area has to offer. There is plenty of shopping, mini golf, water parks...pretty much you name it and the Myrtle Beach area has it. Coming in 2008 is also the new Hard Rock Them Park which will offer many great rides for young and old alike. AND, there are hundreds of great restaurants within minutes.
