Four miles from Breckenridge close to plowed, well maintained Highway 9 south of Breckenridge. Equally accessible from Denver, Colorado, Springs, and Pueblo on major highways. This is one of the sunniest locations in the trees. Prime frontage on the Blue River with a private pond and fishing rights. End of a private, plowed road with no traffic. Fully furnished, including washer, dryer, linens, and kitchen amenities. Cable TV, wireless Internet. Three bedrooms each with private full bath. Large upper level bedroom suite. Hot tub in attached sun room. Remodeled in June 2008. New kitchen including appliances, flooring, paint, and much more.
Dogs encouraged. Hot water base board heat and fireplace with wood stove. Breckenridge has free public transportation and parking as well as community skating and athletic facilities accessible to visitors. A thousand miles of hiking or cross country trails within minutes.
Dwelling also has a lock-out basement apartment that may also be available.
Payment and Cancellation Policy: Payment in full in advance by credit card through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to take advantage of this convenience. Refund in full for cancellation two weeks or more before reservation date. One night charge for cancellation one to two weeks before reservation. Half of the rental fee will be charged for cancellation within one week of arrival.
