Villa Sul Mare, located in White Cap Beach Resort is the newest luxury resort on Fort Myers Beach. We don't use the term luxury loosely! Our guests love the open space, quality furnishing, beautiful kitchen and notice that it is "exceptionally clean." Villa sul Mare is a privately owned 3 bedroom unit located on the second floor of the White Cap Beach Resort; a small resort with just 10 units.
Located midway along Estero Island, the resort is small and family friendly. We are just across the street from the beach, and we have unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico with a lovely park between the balcony and the Gulf. A cross walk, allowing for safe access to the beach is available at our corner. Villa sul Mare has large front porch for great sunset viewing, a lanai back porch, three bedrooms, two full baths, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, huge closets and numerous other fine details. It has nearly 2000 sq. ft. with bright and warm furnishings. Everything is NEW! The resort has a small swimming pool, outdoor gas grills and individual parking spaces in a covered garage. Each guest has the use of a private storage closet in the garage to store beach and pool items. We provide you with beach towels and beach chairs to use. Our area is entirely residential so it is quiet. In fact, we're nicely situated between the fun of Times Square 2 1/2 miles north, featuring resturants, cafes, ice cream parlor, colorful souvenier shops and the island pier, and the solitude and beauty of Lovers Key to the south.
The island trolley stops directly in front for rides to Times Square, the town center or south to Lovers Key. Trolley rides are 25 cents per ride.
A Publix grocery is located only one block away, which during the high season, or any season, is very VERY convenient! Our local management company will be available to ensure that your needs are taken care of. Visit us at Villa sul Mare, Italian for Villa on the Sea, where our home is your home!

- Villa Sul Mare has nearly 2000 square feet of living space, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and fully stocked kitchen. Everything is brand new! This unit features 2 Queen beds, 2 twin beds and one inflatable queen mattress. All closets are huge. We provide our guests with complementary, spa quality ammenties for the baths and starter supplies for the kitchen and laundry.

- The Fort Myers Trolley stop is located directly in front of White Cap Beach resort for easy transportation to the town center. A small public park is directly across the street. Of great convenience is the Publix Grocery store, just one block away! Guests have the use of a private outdoor locker in parking garage to store beach and pool items. We are also just two blocks from a full service yacht club and marina: Snook Bight. You can rent boats, purchase bait and tackle supplies and dine at the new Bayside Bistro.

Why the Owner Chose White Cap Beach Condos
Fort Myers Beach is a fun area... unpretentious, a bit eclectic, old and new, friendly and quaint. We like Fort Myers Beach, because it's still a taste of Old Florida. Not too rough, not too fancy! The natural beauty of Lovers Key is at the south end and the funky, bright and sometimes eclectic shops are at the other! If you love upscale goodies, you can find fabulous designer stores and restaurants just 35 minutes south in Naples. Overall, Fort Myers Beach is Fun for families and has great beaches. The airport, RSW, is new and nice and just 30 minutes away. We also like the nice winter weather of South West Florida.

My husband and I are busy with three boys and our Lab, Bella! When we bought this lovely new unit, our goal was to set it up to be luxurious, well appointed and to put you (and our family) in total vacation mode. I have rented many places, by owner. Some great... others not so great. Basically, I try to do things like I would want - as a renter... and then, I try to make it even a little better. The nicest comments I get from my wonderful guests are that our condo is even nicer in person than the photos show and it is so bright and comfortable. They love our personal touches and many amenities.

Hi Jenny I wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed our stay at your condominium in Fort Myers from Dec 16-23. The unit was very clean. We loved the proximity to the beach and the heated pool. Definitely a wonderful vacation for all. Even though the weather wasn't perfect, we didn't mind since there was so many things to do and see. I wanted to let your know that i absolutely love the decor in your unit. Very upscale . We walked to the PUblix everyday to buy groceries. Thank you so much for letting us rent your place. We had a great time.

We just returned from a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful condo. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, the unit had lots of towels including towels for the beach/pool, a Bocce ball set to use across the street, beach chairs, games, DVDs, washer/dryer, comfortable furniture and beds, and many other amenities to make us feel at home. The grocery store was a half a block away, SO convenient! In addition, the location mid-beach was great and allowed us a long walk in either direction. We took a couple of day trips down to Lover's Key and Barefoot beach parks, to the Everglades, and over to Sanibel/Captiva. The owner, Jenny, was very professional and provided us with information on restaurants, activities, and answered all our questions promptly. This was one of our family's favorite vacations!! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

There were five of us staying in this lovely condo and we had lots of room. Even though the condo is across the street from the beach the view is still great! Having a publix close by is really convenient. We would definitely return. Jenny is great to deal with.

The condo was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We did not appreciate the lack of paper products available in the unit, i.e, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher cleaner. The one trash bag per bucket was not suffcient for a weeks stay as were the partial roll of paper towels and one spare roll of toilet paper. The extensive list of housekeeping chores for the final day were not in keeping with a high end condo with a high end rental price.
Owner response:We typically try to provide enough paper supplies to get you started. I agree that a full roll of paper towels should have been in the kitchen...my apologies for that...and usually there is a spare roll of TP in each of the bathrooms, but we do not stock these supplies. Upon departure, we simply ask that you run the dishwasher, take out the trash and start one load of laundry. This is pretty standard in a self-catering house or condo. I am sorry that your expectations were otherwise, and I will clarify this on my FAQ page on my website. Thank you for the review.

The condo was beautiful and had every accomodation one would need, the location is perfect, right across from the beach and less than a block to the Publix. It was a mesmerizing trip. I appreciated all cleanliness and amenities the condo offered. The kitchen was perfect, great space, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Very comfortable and relaxing plus impeccably clean! We hope to go back.

We have enjoyed a vacation at this condo on two different occasions and would stay there again in a minute. The condo is large and beautifully appointed for your confort. You can enjoy the large front porch with its view of the gulf and the great sand beach,the private pool or enjoy some real quiet time on the lanai at the back of the condo. With a super market a block away and a beautiful restuarant at the marina and the trolley nearby,it makes for a perfect location for either a family or one, two or three couples.

Three friends and I recently stayed at Villa Sul Mare and had a wonderful time. The condo is beautifully decorated and equipped and we would certainly enjoy a return visit next year. We loved being able to walk to the Publix and the beach is very nice. Everything was exceptionally clean too! Thanks so much for a great place to stay.
