Villa Sul Mare, located in White Cap Beach Resort is the newest luxury resort on Fort Myers Beach. We don't use the term luxury loosely! Our guests love the open space, quality furnishing, beautiful kitchen and notice that it is "exceptionally clean." Villa sul Mare is a privately owned 3 bedroom unit located on the second floor of the White Cap Beach Resort; a small resort with just 10 units.
Located midway along Estero Island, the resort is small and family friendly. We are just across the street from the beach, and we have unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico with a lovely park between the balcony and the Gulf. A cross walk, allowing for safe access to the beach is available at our corner. Villa sul Mare has large front porch for great sunset viewing, a lanai back porch, three bedrooms, two full baths, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, huge closets and numerous other fine details. It has nearly 2000 sq. ft. with bright and warm furnishings. Everything is NEW! The resort has a small swimming pool, outdoor gas grills and individual parking spaces in a covered garage. Each guest has the use of a private storage closet in the garage to store beach and pool items. We provide you with beach towels and beach chairs to use. Our area is entirely residential so it is quiet. In fact, we're nicely situated between the fun of Times Square 2 1/2 miles north, featuring resturants, cafes, ice cream parlor, colorful souvenier shops and the island pier, and the solitude and beauty of Lovers Key to the south.
The island trolley stops directly in front for rides to Times Square, the town center or south to Lovers Key. Trolley rides are 25 cents per ride.
A Publix grocery is located only one block away, which during the high season, or any season, is very VERY convenient! Our local management company will be available to ensure that your needs are taken care of. Visit us at Villa sul Mare, Italian for Villa on the Sea, where our home is your home!

This unit features 2 Queen beds, 2 twin beds and one inflatable queen mattress. All closets are huge. We provide our guests with complementary, spa quality ammenties for the baths and starter supplies for the kitchen and laundry.

- The Fort Myers Trolley stop is located directly in front of White Cap Beach resort for easy transportation to the town center. A small public park is directly across the street. Of great convenience is the Publix Grocery store, just one block away! Guests have the use of a private outdoor locker in parking garage to store beach and pool items. We are also just two blocks from a full service yacht club and marina: Snook Bight. You can rent boats, purchase bait and tackle supplies and dine at the new Bayside Bistro.

Why the Owner Chose White Cap Beach
We like Fort Myers Beach, because it's still a taste of Old Florida. Not too rough, not too fancy! The natural beauty of Lovers Key is at the south end and the funky, bright and sometimes eclectic shops are at the other! If you love upscale goodies, you can find fabulous designer stores and restaurants just 35 minutes south in Naples. Overall, Fort Myers Beach is Fun for families and has great beaches. The airport, RSW, is new and nice and just 30 minutes away. We also like the nice winter weather of South West Florida.

My husband and I are busy with three boys and our Lab, Bella! When we bought this lovely new unit, our goal was to set it up to be luxurious, well appointed and to put you (and our family) in total vacation mode. I have rented many places. Some great... others not so great. Basically, I try to do things like I would want as a renter... and then, I try to make it even a little better. The nicest comments I get from my wonderful renters are that it is even nicer in person than the photos show and it is so bright and comfortable. They love our personal touches and the wonderful couple (Ted & Wendy) who manage our unit.
