A few years ago we built a second home to exacting standards. No expense was spared! The house is lovely and absolutely perfect! But, because we share lots of children and grandchildren, we needed additional bedrooms and consequently purchased a larger home. Our loss is your gain. You will love this house!
It is situated in the prestigious community of Seville Golf and Country Club (check out their website) just minutes from Sky Harbor Airport in a gated subdivision. Seville has amenities most areas just dream about including private golf club, sports facility with multiple swimming pools, aerobic courts, weight machines, sand volleyball, tennis, basketball, walking paths, restaurant, bar, and terraces with moonlight and music! It is wonderful!!
Our home features two Master Suites with private baths, a Guest Bath, Great Room with fabulous leather sectional and build in entertainment center (HDTV and large screen too!), an eat-in Gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, Office/Den with high speed internet and build in desk for your working convenience (work is entirely optional and, in fact, discouraged; just play, play, play!!), a two car attached garage and more! We have a heated pool, private lanai and lovely pool deck surrounded by lush tropical plants and stunning views of SG&CC and the SanTan Mountains.

This was the BEST vacation home we have stayed in and would recommend it to anyone traveling through Arizona! It's close to shopping, and many activities that we enjoyed such as bowling, skydiving, and hiking! The property has everything you need and then some!!! It's beautifully decorated and well maintained, the open floor plan makes it easy and fun to entertain and cook at the same time, we loved the floor plan so much, we are looking to buy in the area!!! The owners are very kind and helpful every step of the way!!!! Again, if you are traveling through AZ.....this home has a great location and is highly recommended!

The rental was everything we had hoped for. The house was spotlessly clean. The pictures dont do it justice. Jim and Ruth are the best. ,very helpful and accommodating. We had coffee by the pool every morning. It was like a dream come true. We were unable to golf because of health reasons but enjoyed watching the golfers. We would recommend this to anyone. We hope to be back ourselves soon.Thanks again for sharing your home with us. Bill and Joanne

This was our first vacation rental and it was an excellent choice! The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, immaculate and well appointed. It is in a beautiful setting located next to a golf course and in view of the clubhouse of the Seville Golf and Country Club and the mountains. The owners were gracious and accommodating, quick to respond to any need and a pleasure to work with. We loved the house and its location in Gilbert and highly recommend it. You'll hate to leave!

Just wanted to say what an incredible vacation we had at this beautiful home. It was so comfortable and accomodating that we rarely left as everything we needed to rest, relax and enjoy our family was all here. Ruth and Jim were so accomodating to our every need. The golf was superb as well as the amenities at the club house. My Mother and I are both cooks and the kitchen was big enough for the both of us! The grill and pool area make for such a wonderful environment! We will enjoy this as otfen as we can!
