Rates for 2008:
Summer $1595/week, $215 each additional night.  June 14 to September 13.
Remainder of the year $1295/week, $172 each additional night.  Three night special
for $920.  September 14 to June 13 excluding holidays
Holidays $1595/week, $215 each addtional night.  November 17 to November 24,and
December 19 to January 4.
State tax and local accommadations tax of 7% will be added to each rental
Rates include damage waiver fee and processing fee.
