This lovely home is located on Walden Golf Course between two fairways, and was built in 2007. It is nestled in among native Texan wild trees and shrubbery. The square footage is a perfect size for a vacation home 1611 square feet. It has been lavishly decorated with imported furnishings and original artwork.
The master suite has a king size canopy bed with a memory foam mattress. The other two bedrooms have: #1 a queen bed, #2 two twin beds. The three bedrooms spoil and invite you and your loved ones to cuddle up for a quiet night's sleep in this secluded home. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The country kitchen and adjoining dining room are both appealing and functional, fully equipped with matching dishes, eating utensils and cookware. The elegant dining room set seats 6. There is a counter which seats an additional two, for a total of 8.
The quiet wooded lot in back is a delightful refuge, and this home features a covered patio.
The living room has a wood burning fireplace and is decorated with durasuede furnishings, marble top coffee table, leather recliner, and many carefully selected decorating features to give it a special cozy, country feel. A double French door leads from the living room to the covered back porch.
Park in the generous garage and enter through the secure entry. This is a perfect golfer's vacation rental home, and what a delight to have so many things to do, such as walk to the lake, only steps from the door, go swimming at the huge pool, play tennis, racquetball, go boating or jetskiing. Hi, and happy vacationing from the owners of this lovely golf vacation rental villa in "Walden on Lake Conroe". We bought and estabished the vacation rental in 2007. The house was brand new, and the idea of owning and vacationing to beautiful Lake Conroe, Texas was exciting. Waterskiing on Lake Conroe was our kids' favorite thing about the vacation we took there. I loved seeng the deer, and the serenity of the location was unbeleivable! We live full time in Maui, but we enjoy visiting the mainland and this Lake retreat is a very special place. We've been in the rental business since 2003 and love to share our vacation homes with our guests. You can also see our Orlando rental only three miles from Disney World on VRBO.#203024.
Why the Owner Chose Montgomery
The reason we bought this home as a vacation rental was the location with so many wonderful amenities in this resort town Walden appealed to us, and it was close to Houston,only a half hour away, and yet it had an out in the country feeling in the Piney Woods, near beautiful Lake Conroe. The Olympic size pool and gorgeous golf course made us love this place, and the walking trails are wonderful!
The Unique Benefits of this House
The house is located between fairways of the Walden Golf Course and we love to walk around and just take in the beauty of this lovely wooded lake setting with abundant wildlife. The swimming pool,15 tennis courts,country club, restaurants, and shopping were so wonderfully convenient, that we were never lacking in the things we wanted to do.
